1. Overview
Clocky is free to download. Optional paid features are sold as Clocky Pro, a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, exclusively through Google Play. We do not accept payments directly and never receive or store your card, bank or UPI details.
2. Prices, offers and currency
Prices are shown in the app and on Google Play in your local currency before you subscribe and vary by country. Displayed prices include applicable taxes where the store requires it. Introductory prices or free trials may be offered to eligible new subscribers; the offer terms, the period and the price after it ends are shown before you confirm. A trial or offer can be used once per Google account.
3. Automatic renewal
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel in Google Play at least 24 hours before it renews. Your Google account is charged at confirmation of purchase and at each renewal.
4. How to cancel or manage
- Open Google Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Clocky.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
Or go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. Uninstalling the app or deleting data does not cancel a subscription. After cancelling, you keep Pro until the end of the paid period.
5. Price changes
We may change prices. Google Play notifies you in advance as required by law and the store’s rules, and for existing subscribers a price increase generally requires your acceptance or takes effect at a renewal after notice; if you do not accept, your subscription may end.
6. Taxes
VAT, GST, sales tax or similar taxes are calculated and collected by Google according to your location.
7. Verifying your subscription
The app checks your subscription status with Google Play when it opens and periodically. If Google Play confirms your subscription is cancelled, expired, refunded or payment failed, Pro features turn off. If the app cannot reach Google Play (for example, you are offline), it keeps your Pro access for a limited grace period before re-checking. Use Restore purchases in the app, signed in with the same Google account, if you changed devices.
8. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Google may retry, place the subscription in a grace period or account hold, or end it. Update your payment method in Google Play to continue Pro.
9. Unauthorised charges
If you see a charge you do not recognise, email support@glitgrace.in with the Google Play order ID and also report it to Google Play. Where the law gives you chargeback or consumer-protection rights, those are not limited.
10. Refunds
See our Refund Policy.
11. Billing support
